+ delayed Battle

the idea was to have all Roman commands on table, with two of them

having enough Ax to defend or contest any big rough or difficult area.

The Ally would be on one flank, with +1 on entering thanks to delayed

battle; alternatevly, I could reatard him or the Ax(S)/Cv(O) command

on my long table side, to arrive and deploy later, facing any enemy

that could threathen the open flank.

Besides, an Inert general is fantastic opportunity to blame him for

any problem I couldn't able to counterface :)

5. DBMM100, 104AP, Based on DBM lists by PatG

One command

CinC Bd(O)

4 Reg Cv(O)

4 Reg Bd(O)

5 Reg Ax(S)

Designed to counter my Celts. I did not take the required 1-6 points of palisade as I think at the 100 point level it's a bit pointless and a vexillation of this size was probably working away from the main camp where all their stakes were. I wanted to take bolt shooters just because I could but practically, 4 Cv is the more logical choice. For anti-warband work, I envisage a line of Ax backed by the Bd with the Cv on a flank. Another option is to have the Bd backed by the Ax with the Cv in the rear. If I were to swap 2 Cv for 2 Art, I would put one on each side of the infantry block to lock down the flanks. The 560 p range for artillery in V2 makes this a more interesting  option. Note that at this points level, the CinC is part of the battle line.
