No stratagems.
The army is quite rigid due to having just 3 reg dice and using IcvS as strike force. The doctrine is then quite simple: put down terrain to have an open wing, deploy giving the higher pip to CiC and force with it a decision using boldly the Sp command as support. This second command can use the lower pip dice too as being regular can benefit from subG free pip.
The Ax/Lh command has a dual role. Act as a flank support to Sp, or attacking a critical difficult going. The large Lh component can be used as reserve or for sweeping maneuvers, depending by the terrain and opponent faced.
The army can survive a prolonged attritional combat and is designed for that. No fancy maneuver or attack, just engage the enemy and grind it down. The reg pip are then just a way to keep initiative in combat phase and feed the main fighting line with new troops if needed. It's important to avoid to line up all ICvs. A portion of them should be in second line and used as reserve.
